Are you organised and detail-focused, with an interest in R&D, manufacturing or a technical environment?

This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business as an R&D Operations Coordinator, supporting product development projects and working with teams across the business.

You`ll help keep projects organised, maintain accurate records, coordinate requests and support the wider R&D team. The role also includes supporting and mentoring apprentices, making this a varied position with plenty of responsibility.

The Role:

R&D Operations Coordinator

Monday to Friday

Permanent position

Product development, project coordination and apprentice support

Candidate Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and IT skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and Excel

Administration, manufacturing or technical experience beneficial

Previous experience in R&D, project coordination, quality, technical administration or materials/stock administration would be advantageous.
