The Role

You`ll take full ownership of a busy operation, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving performance and maintaining the highest operational standards.

You`ll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service standards
• Driving operational performance, efficiency and compliance
• Creating a positive, engaging culture where people thrive
• Managing budgets, KPIs and overall operational performance
• Taking ownership, making decisions and leading from the front

You`ll be a confident, commercially aware leader with experience managing large teams and complex operations.

Most importantly, you`ll have a genuine passion for people, exceptional customer service and developing high-performing teams.

Previous experience in the sector isn`t required. We`re looking for proven leadership ability, operational expertise and the ambition to succeed in a new environment.
