Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast

To assist the Regional Investment Planning Team in ensuring that regional, area and estate-based investment programmes, plans and strategies are in place to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and 10 Year Investment Plan.

The current salary for this post is £27,694 - £32,597 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
