The Co-operative Food is hiring a Customer Team Leader at our Bury St Edmunds store. You`ll lead a small team on shift, keep shelves stocked, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

This part time role is 22-30 hours per week with regular overtime, permanent, with a pay rate of £14.48 per hour and a 30% colleague discount. You`ll support store performance across merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, work hands on on the shop floor and tills, and help grow Co-op
