Employment Solicitor - Aberdeen

An established Aberdeen employment team is looking for an Employment Solicitor at NQ to 3 years` PQE to join its growing practice, handling a broad range of advisory and contentious matters for employer clients.

You`ll work alongside experienced employment lawyers, advising businesses across multiple sectors while building your technical knowledge and client skills within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The role

• Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
• Assist with and run Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
• Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
• Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
• Contribute to training sessions and client updates

About you

• Newly qualified to 3 years` PQE, with employment law experience gained during your traineeship or post-qualification
• Exposure to advising employer clients
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Organised and able to manage a varied workload
• Commercially minded, with a keen interest in developing your employment practice
