Executive Administrator to Sales Europe Vice President

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Administrator to provide high-level, proactive VP support. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, international business environment, requiring outstanding organisational skills, sound judgement and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

As a trusted partner to the Vice President, you will take ownership of complex diary management, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, reporting and international travel arrangements. You will anticipate requirements, manage competing priorities and ensure the Vice President s time is focused on the activities that matter most.

What You Will Do:

• Manage complex diaries, competing priorities and stakeholder access across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, reporting and executive communications.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, expenses and other administrative requirements.
• Maintain confidential records and governance documentation.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across markets.

Skills and experience

• Experience in senior executive support or significant experience managing complex, high-tempo programmes, operations or events on behalf of a senior leader or board.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, including drafting correspondence on behalf of a senior leader.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and exercising sound judgement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• A proven record of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Italian language proficiency and experience with international relocations or dual-location arrangements would be highly desirable.

Location:

Hybrid working, based in Dunton, Basildon.
