Are you a highly organised customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a busy operations team, supporting customers, processing orders and ensuring excellent service delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing customer orders

• Managing order completion and invoice raising

• Liaising with customers and logistics partners daily

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accuracy

• Completing stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Supporting other departments with stock and contract queries

• Troubleshooting order and delivery issues

• Providing holiday and sickness cover within the team
