Honeycomb are pleased to work with the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency to recruit a Band 4 Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Salary: £14.06 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Location: Northern Ireland

Are you an organised, proactive and highly professional administrator who thrives in a busy environment?

NIMDTA is seeking an exceptional Band 4 Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role within a senior executive environment, supporting the smooth and effective operation of the CEO`s office.

The Role

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service. You will be responsible for managing a varied workload, coordinating information and communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the CEO`s office operates efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion, together with the confidence to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
