We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

What we`re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Customer Service Apprentice. These include:

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers` lives easier
• Great teamwork
• A good initiative
• Confidence in using IT systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
• Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we`ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless)
• You`re not currently enrolled in another government-funded course
