This is a newly created opportunity for an E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to take ownership of the online B2C side of an established specialist consumer business going through a major period of change and growth.

The business has recently been acquired by a global organisation and has big plans for it`s brands. They now need someone who can bring fresh ideas, commercial thinking and a modern digital markieting approach to the business.

This isn`t about simply maintaining a website & tinkering with Canva. You`ll have the freedom to look at what`s there, work out what`s working, identify what`s outdated and help shape where the business goes next.

THE ROLE

• Own and develop the B2C e-commerce operation

• Develop social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns

• Improve the website, online customer journey and product presentation

• Identify new customer, product and revenue opportunities

• Use sales and customer data to spot trends and drive growth

• Explore new marketing channels, partnerships and ideas

• Work with external web/digital partners and know the right questions to ask

• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and operations

ABOUT YOU

We`re looking for someone who is commercially minded, digitally savvy and full of marketing ideas.

You could come from e-commerce, D2C, digital marketing, specialist retail, commercial development or a similar consumer-focused environment.

You`ll ideally have 3 7 years` relevant experience and a degree/diploma, but solid experience and a proven track record will count for more than a qualification.

Most importantly, you`ll be:

• Commercial and customer focused

• Comfortable working autonomously

• Confident turning ideas into action

• Curious about digital trends and new ways of growing a brand

• A good communicator who isn`t afraid to challenge the status quo
