You`ll manage tenancies from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy, handling maintenance, compliance, notices and deposits. Working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers, you`ll ensure properties are managed efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships throughout.

What You`ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager
- Manage a residential lettings portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end
- Handle tenancy renewals, notices and deposit processes in line with legislation
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and suppliers
- Liaise professionally with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
- Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation and tenancy information
