Working alongside Property Managers, you`ll assist with day-to-day administration, maintenance issues, client communications and contractor liaison. The role is fully office-based and offers exposure to residential block management, major works, Section 20 procedures and insurance claims within a collaborative team.

What You`ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Management Assistant
- Support Property Managers with day-to-day administration and incoming enquiries
- Monitor emails, prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Log maintenance issues, instruct contractors and track repairs through to completion
- Liaise with lessees, contractors and other external contacts
- Assist with communications, mail merges, circulars and Section 20 requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Block Management team, including filing, insurance claims and contractor records

- Previous administration or property experience preferred
- Interest in residential block management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Confident written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
