What You`ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Manage a residential lettings portfolio from tenancy start through to completion
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor works to ensure properties are well maintained
• Ensure all properties meet current legislation, compliance requirements, and company standards
• Liaise closely with the Lettings team to support smooth processes and excellent service delivery
• Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for service improvements
