The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out accurate market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions. Working within a busy residential sales team, you will use your local market knowledge, negotiation skills and proactive approach to help grow the company`s market share while delivering an outstanding service to every client.

What You`ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Lister / Valuer:

• Carrying out property valuations and providing accurate market advice
• Winning new instructions and growing the residential sales portfolio
• Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Following up valuations and enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting and local networking
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and branch objectives

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous estate agency experience as a Property Lister, Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven track record of winning new instructions
• Strong valuation, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
• Good knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
• Professional, confident and well presented
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
