Technical Administrator
Location: North Lanarkshire
Contract: Initial 6-month contract (with potential extension)
Start Date: Immediate

I`m working with a leading Facilities Management provider that is looking for a Technical Administrator to support the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system within a busy healthcare environment.

This is an urgent contract opportunity where you`ll be responsible for updating and maintaining asset and maintenance data within the CAFM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. The role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within Facilities Management.

No previous CAFM experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain CAFM system data.
• Review and validate asset and maintenance records.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the CAFM system.
• Support the facilities team with administration and reporting.

Requirements

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
• Willingness to learn and use CAFM systems (full training provided).
• Ability to work on-site within a healthcare setting.
