We are partnering exclusively with a leading Manufacturing organisation that is looking to appoint a Head of HR to look after one of their key operational sites in Grimsby.

As the Head of HR, you`ll have a high-impact role leading a small team of HR professionals while driving the People strategy across the site, which employs over 250 people.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you`ll partner with the senior leadership team to drive a positive, inclusive and performance-led culture while delivering the best quality service to customers.

They are an organisation with a hugely culturally diverse workforce that fosters workplace collaboration and is passionate about inclusivity and innovation.

We would love to speak to any HR Generalists who have operated as a Senior HR Manager, Senior HRBP or Head of HR level within Manufacturing or similar industry sectors.

• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic thinker
• Be adept at building solid stakeholder relationships quickly
• A true business partner and excellent communicator
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, develop and inspire a large team of people
• Experience of working in a unionised environment
• High levels of integrity, resilience and tenacity to succeed
• Experience within FMCG sector is advantageous
