Job Description

Salary: Grade B - £39,390 (National Framework) or £44,792 (London Framework – if you are London office based or home-based and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

Contract Type: 9 Month Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity

Location: Home-based; however, we can also facilitate office-based/hybrid working

We are now looking for a People Analytics and Insight Consultant to join our People Team on a full-time basis, for a nine-month fixed-term contract.

What you will bring…

To be considered as a as a People Analytics and Insight Consultant, you will need:

- Experience of collating and analysing statistical information and producing written reports 
- Expertise in the use of the Business Intelligence Report writing tool
- Broad knowledge of HR processes
- Experience of managing a complex workload with conflicting priorities
- The ability to articulate findings to improve existing processes and HR activities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

What you’ll be doing

As a People Analytics and Insight Consultant, you will act as our technical and analytical lead on people-related data and a range of processes.

Specifically, you will line manage the People Analytics team, assigning tasks and objectives and reviewing performance. You will also be involved in the design, analysis, production and distribution of MI for our Executive Team, as well as interrogating and reporting on HR-related data, providing advice to stakeholders be enable effective decisions.

Taking the lead on the operation of our HR and payroll system, you will act as our Super User and will oversee training, best practice and optimisation to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and meet our needs.
                                                                                                                       
Additionally, you will:

- Provide expert knowledge on system functionality and HR data
- Provide statistical people data to external bodies
- Report on a wide range of HR data and issues
- Identify trends through reporting and analysis
