Salary: £52,737 - £63,045 (National Framework) or £58,139 - £68,447 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) plus an additional allowance (paid as a separate amount to salary) of up to £7,500 for exceptional candidates
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Home-based, with flexible working options

We’re now looking for an Information & Cyber Security Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you will bring…

To be considered as our Information & Cyber Security Manager, you will need:

- Proven experience in developing security frameworks and implementing cybersecurity solutions with a business-oriented focus
- Comprehensive knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and health industry regulations
- Expertise in managing cyber security and resilience programmes in line with organisational risk tolerance
- The ability to drive Continuous Cyber Assurance for real-time visibility into security and compliance
- Skills to advise on best cyber security practices, ensuring secure digital services
- A passion for fostering a security-conscious culture and equipping colleagues with the skills they need to work securely

What you’ll be doing…

As our Information & Cyber Security Manager, you’ll provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure our information and cyber security objectives are met.

Specifically, you’ll manage strategic security initiatives and ensure our compliance with legislative requirements. 

You will also directly impact health and social care outcomes for millions of people across England.

Key duties include:

- Designing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation’s cyber security programme to minimise risk
- Advising senior leadership on security matters and acting as the primary representative with external partners, including the Department of Health
- Enhancing the organisation’s Continuous Cyber Assurance capabilities for robust, real-time security insight
