Risk and Compliance Business Partner

This is a brilliant opportunity for you join us as our Risk and Compliance Business Partner. You’ll advise, monitor, and help test our compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Making sure that we do things the right way, you’ll support risk owners to manage their risks.
You’ll promote good governance, risk and compliance practices throughout the organisation and provide management information, horizon scanning, influencing, and advising/running workshops.
You’ll have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to social housing, supported housing and models of care maintaining a practical and sensible approach to compliance. Carrying out horizon scanning and impact assessments on changes in regulation and making recommendations on achieving compliance.
Experience of challenging current practice and successfully implementing revised policies, processes ad procedures, with the ability to critically evaluate operational and system risk whilst mitigating controls.
Effective and confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers, operational colleagues, Board and committee members.

Hours are full time 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days Monday to Friday, taking advantage of our agile ways of working. We are also happy to discuss other working options should you be looking for more flexibility.
