We are seeking a skilled, committed and engaging person who reflects our core values, to join our Board and serve on our Customer Services Committee. Prior Board experience is helpful but not necessary, and we are keen to attract people with diversity of thought and life experience, as we know how much that benefits our Board culture and decision making. What we need for this role:
Skills and experience in designing and delivering excellent customer service at scale in a complex and diverse environment
The ability to contribute to the Customer Services Committee, bringing knowledge of how data, systems and digital solutions, alongside customer engagement and a customer focused culture, can help provide an excellent customer experience 
The ability to contribute to Board insight and scrutiny, help shape the vision and strategy and support the Executive team to deliver
