Hargreaves Lansdown is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Front End Developer to join our growing development team, delivering market-leading web experiences for our clients. You'll use your expertise to engineer the best solutions for our clients and resolve problems which meet requirements.
We are looking for someone to take the lead in shaping our technology stack, with the drive to succeed and work with colleagues from across the business in a wide variety of projects. You'll be given the support and opportunity to grow your career whilst working on a market leading FTSE 100 website. You will additionally receive a personal development budget to further build on your knowledge.

About the role:
Develop, test, and deploy new features to a market leading website.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and team’s development workflow.
Actively and constructively participate in squad ceremonies.
Self-driven to develop technical expertise and mentor more junior developers.
You will be heavily involved in defining and evolving our technical approach and mentoring other developers within the team.
Be a Technical Lead working alongside other developers.
Prior experience working in digital industries.
Excellent communication skills and be able to explain and articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Excellent with HTML/CSS (SCSS).
Fluent using Git.
Excellent knowledge of CI / CD pipelines.
Experience using TypeScript.
Experience of setting development standards and performing code reviews.
Experience with Node.js.
Experience with Webpack.
Experience with unit, integration, and end to end testing tools and practises.
Aware of performance implications and best practises.
Experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud (Target & Launch / Data Collection)
