The postholder will work within the Support and services team providing high-quality training, capacity-building and consultancy.
Develops tender proposals for consultancy opportunities, which are often competitive
Delivers consultancy projects for external clients including external evaluations, capacity building around self-evaluation, delivering training and supporting organisations’ strategy development
Contributes to income generation targets for the team and manages budgets for individual consultancy projects and own chargeable vs non-chargeable days
Manages project teams made up of staff from within the team or associates and ensures high quality work
Contribute to the running of the consultancy team, for example through assisting with team communications, developing online resources or managing evaluation enquiries
Contribute to the running and development of high quality training in-house and bespoke.
