Plus, Brilliant Benefits!
Empowering customers to live rewarding and happy lives. That’s when it hits home.
We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team. We support our brilliant customers who have diagnosed mental health issues. They live in either our 24 hour support purpose built blocks of 11 and 14 flats, or our dispersed properties across Worcestershire. We also provide outreach support to customers living in their own homes. So, you will be flexible working across both our accommodation based services and in the community. This vacancy will be based within our 24hr service in Worcester city centre.
We help our customers with everything from looking after their property to attending appointments with primary healthcare or community groups, to supporting through a crisis. No 2 days will be the same! One day you could be supporting a customer to maximise their income and another day you could be helping them to rebuild their confidence in the community through attending social groups!
“You have helped me find myself and who I am, when I came here I was lost, you have brought me out of my shell and I know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I now believe in myself, when I put my mind to it I can do anything I want.” Amy
