Description:

Overview

You'll provide analytical support across the Finance Systems team,
supporting the identification and delivery of continuous improvement to
enable the effective use of core Finance systems.

The role

 * Generate metrics to support analysis of KPIs across core finance systems
processes for example Service Now, MDGf, and GRC tickets
 * Analyse Finance system metrics and reports for areas of improvement and
work across teams to deliver initiatives
 * Support governance cycles across all finance systems to ensure policies
are being followed
 * Support delivery of activities on the Finance Systems roadmap
 * Support impact assessment of change initiatives for finance systems

 * Create resources/materials to support Super User Network
 * Guide Finance teams to resources; help them raise appropriate support
tickets with external providers and/or self-serve systems

The person

 * Finance experience, with accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CIMA,
ICAEW, ICAS)
 * Strong data extraction and analytical skills and experience across
multiple systems eg. SAP ERP, BW, Service Now
 * Excellent excel skills – experience with wider Microsoft
productivity tools an advantage
 * Extensive hands on systems experience, particularly SAP ERP
 * Experience in identifying trends in data and presenting findings
 * Experience in identifying areas for continuous process improvement
 * Delivery focused and deadline oriented
 * Well organised, and able to manage BAU demands alongside longer term
deliverables
 * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
