What we're looking for:
Working in the IAM Operations Team acting as a Senior Analyst you will deliver Identity and Access Management services to the DLG business and its integrated supply chain!
You will be responsible for a small but crucial team, and be accountable for ensuring the execution, fulfilment and continuous improvement to ensure tasks are in line with strategy, processes and controls.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the development and implementation of a new hybrid technical capability, to help drive our IAM strategy and roadmap from a DLG with a focus on reducing cost, supporting strategic technologies.
Crafting a more agile and technically focused capability to serve our businesses in the delivery of IAM services
Act as the Senior Subject Matter Expert in the team providing technical expertise, support and mentor in the management and execution of the following tasks; IAM Operations service requests, Complex Privilege Access Management (PAM) requests.
Provide IAM Support to systems that cannot be administered by our outsourced IAM operations Team due to Technical, Regulatory and Business requirements
Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Technical Support for IAM Operational Escalations
You will need to develop your technical capability in line with strategic change.
Act as an escalation point to the Service Desk and Identity Access Management internal/external teams
Lead the coordination with IAM Tech Change to ensure the transition of all programme/project change in to production in an agile fashion whilst maintaining and improving service stability
