About the Role

The Coordinator is a critical part of our External Affairs team. The job holder will support the members of our Executive Team in their engagements with key partners, working closely with the CEO’s Office, Chief Geospatial Officer and our senior leaders. You’ll be drafting and editing briefings, speeches and presentations, and working with teams across the business to make sure we’re reflecting our views accurately. You’ll also work with our Brand and Media teams to make sure we’re being clear and consistent when we talk about our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

Support the OS CEO, Executive Team and Board in their external affairs activity, working closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant and the shareholder
Coordinate, draft and edit briefings for OS directors
Develop and maintain cross-business networks to ensure the successful links between the business units and functions
Work closely with the Marketing and Customer team to prepare and guide external affairs activity, ensuring consistency of message and brand.
Supports the delivery of cross-business external affairs coordination activities
What we’re looking for:

Tertiary-level education, or equivalent relevant experience
Clear and persuasive writing style, with experience editing and summarising
