What you'll be doing
You will be the hub of the department and a key player across various projects and teams, ensuring we deliver from an operational perspective. You will be using your great relationship building skills to bring different teams and departments together, as well as including and onboarding external parties when needed.
Your focus will be on improving of the day to day operational processes within the Chief Data Office team, including coordinating recruitment and onboarding, overseeing on project delivery and process improvement and creating communication plans and supporting team collaboration.
We will be looking to you to take a lead and develop and create communication plans, process maps and infographics for our projects to help us work faster and better.
Your day to day role will include:
Supporting the department from a resource perspective, working alongside the strategy team to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time
Maintain existing and new third-party service suppliers
Assist in identification and roll out of improved processes for our department
Track progress of deliverables, milestones and tasks
Who you'll be working with
You will be working closely with Ivelina Nikolova, Strategy & Operations Manager. You will be central to her function, providing the project management and operational capability we need to ensure we deliver to our strategy and to our vision.
