CHP is a locally managed and governed charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, Essex and was named one of the top 25 housing associations to work for in the Sunday Times Best Not-For-Profit Organisations 2018.
In this role, you will assist CHP trade teams with the collection and delivery of key items, enabling them to complete jobs to performance and productivity standards. You will also carry out various tasks within the warehouse as required.
Well organised to deliver materials in good time and with an ability to carry out manual handling tasks on a daily basis you will demonstrate strong communication skills and use your basic IT skills to maintain accurate records on CHP systems.
A full clean driving licence is essential. An understanding of the social housing sector and ability to carry out basic carpentry and joinery tasks would be advantageous.
