In this role, you will work in our Planning team providing effective and efficient administrative support to all Commercial Services teams in the delivery of an effective planned maintenance, repairs, modernisation and voids service, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times.

Competent in administrative procedures and maintaining data/record systems you will be highly organised and have excellent IT skills. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, together with an ability to work pro-actively as part of a team to achieve objectives and manage conflicting priorities. A proven track record of working in a similar role within social housing would be advantageous.
