We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome Business Support team in our Glasgow office where you’ll provide brilliant support to our Housing Managers, Maintenance Surveyors and our Factoring Co-ordinator.
About our team
You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant customer service. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. Our manager is Donna, who has been with the organisation for four years, and loves a glass of prosecco at a weekend and walking her dog (but not at the same time!) We are currently a small, but perfectly formed team of 3... Phil and Kat in the Dundee office, and Katherine in the Edinburgh office. We're a relatively new team, but we all work very closely together, and support the entire Business Support workload for Scotland ... it's a "one-team" mentality, no matter how far apart we work! The longest serving team member is Phil, with almost two years service - so he's the go-to guy for any queries! Everyone among us loves a wee night out, and a holiday or two!
You’ll be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You’ll have previous administration experience, preferably in the housing sector, with the ability to multi task, and prioritise workloads to ensure you meet your deadlines. You’ll have excellent working knowledge of office procedures with extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
You’ll be an effective team member and work with minimum supervision. Are you self-motivated and able to use your own initiative? Then this is the role for you.
