CHP is a locally managed and governed charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, Essex and was named one of the top 25 housing associations to work for in the Sunday Times Best Not-For-Profit Organisations 2018.
You will provide a comprehensive maintenance support and information service for CHP residents and other customers, taking ownership of incoming queries both face to face and on the telephone to a satisfactory resolution.
You will have worked in a customer focused organisation and have excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will be competent in office procedures and have an understanding of resource/workload planning. Previous use of scripting systems or knowledge of housing maintenance/repairs would be advantageous.
