This is an excellent chance for you to join us as a Continuous Improvement manager within our Service Improvement team here at Home Group. Our team delivers change into our Operation (consisting of Supported, Rented, Home Ownership, and Maintenance) here at Home Group, helping the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.

You will lead change owners through the design and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives. Further to that, you’ll apply continuous improvement tools and techniques to deliver real demonstrable benefit to our organisation and its Customers.
You’ll be working alongside Mel who is our brilliant Continuous Improvement Lead, who is passionate about making a difference to customers and colleagues, loves nothing more than challenging the status quo, a bit of live music, and making great memories with friends and family! You’ll also be working with Jo, our experienced Continuous Improvement Manager, as well as colleagues across the Service Improvement Team and wider organisation.
To be brilliant you’ll exude a real passion for change and applying continuous improvement methods, tools, and techniques, being innovative in using data and insights to solve problems, in pursuit of delivering real value to our organisation and its Customers. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement whilst working collaboratively with colleagues to help us achieve our organisations collective goals.
If you don’t have your lean Six Sigma green belt, you will be able to show us that you have significant experience of delivering a continuous improvement portfolio of work.
You’ll travel regionally and national on a regular basis, so if you drive and have access to your own vehicle that’s a bonus!
