Could you lead on the development and delivery of our disability awareness training and consultancy to other organisations, highlighting the benefits and opportunities of them employing people with disabilities and of delivering excellent inclusive customer service?

About the role
In this post you will work to appreciate the needs of each of our clients and produce ad hoc solutions to effectively address them to support them in understanding and adopting a truly inclusive approach for their staff and customers. You will lead our training and consultancy team to run and deliver this training. You will also work with the wider Partnerships team to market our training and consultancy offer as an income generating activity.

About you
You will bring demonstrable experience of delivering training and consultancy with a specialism in disability. You will have experience of managing teams and of working across functions and organisations. You will have exceptional contemporary written and verbal communication skills including presentation and influencing skills.
