Victory Housing Trust owns and manages approximately 4,700 homes in Norfolk. The improvement and maintenance of our properties, together with the development of new homes, is led by our Assets team which has recently been restructured to increase its effectiveness, and so we now have exciting opportunities based at our new purpose built offices in North Walsham.

Job Details

We have an opportunity for Senior Building Surveyors who will have responsibility for managing contracts and construction projects for the improvement, maintenance and repair of our properties, you will be helping us to develop and implement our asset management plans. The successful candidates will be professionally qualified, with relevant practical experience in project and contract management of planned and responsive maintenance works, and will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding and knowledge of domestic construction, legislation and regulatory requirements applicable to the housing sector. Experience of modern methods of procurement, construction contracts and modern partnering arrangements would be an advantage.

The post offers a salary in the range of £31,666 to £34,553 per annum, plus a range of benefits including car allowance, performance related pay scheme, private health care and contributory pension scheme.
