Duties and Responsibilities
The post holder will be part of a small team (based at the Royal Free Hospital in North London) responsible for recruitment to and quality control of foundation training programmes for junior doctors.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all enquiries related to the Foundation Programme at North Central Thames. The role also involves general office duties, as well as organising the annual scoring of applications and running the sign-off and GMC registration processes.
Key Requirements
Applicants must have solid administrative experience and a methodical approach to work with attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good organisational abilities are essential. Knowledge of the Foundation Programme as well as experience working with senior staff and medical students/trainee doctors in the Higher Education or Health sectors would be helpful.
