Based in the Human Resources Department, and reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this key role will contribute to the delivery of staff development and training programmes throughout the organisation. A challenging and exciting position, the responsibilities of this role include organising and planning training events (so flexibility in working hours is required), arranging the logistics of training events which will involve some manual handling of equipment and furniture, and co-ordinating the day to day administration and promotion of the Learning Zones facility. As well as providing comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of Learning and Development across HRP. This role will also advise managers and staff on L&D policies and procedures and provide general training advice.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering first-class customer service. A high level of IT literacy (MS Office) experience is essential. As an enthusiastic and self motivated individual, you will enjoy the challenge of using your initiative to prioritise and plan for the demands of a heavy workload within a fast-paced and changing environment.
