The Jobsite ensures that the best candidates are chosen for relevant roles and strives to see that job placements in the UK provide an accurate reflection of diversity within British society.

Equal opportunities in employment continue to be a challenge for Ethnic Minority groups and the Ethnic Jobsite was created to meet that challenge. The site provides effective online recruitment solutions for members of minority groups and there is a clear guiding principle to promote racial equality and enable those who want to work to begin a successful job or career search, particularly if they require additional support in CV preparation and job application processes.

• assisting organisations to meet the requirements of the Race Equality Challenge.
